He served as General Counsel of AusPayNet (APCA) and is currently the principal of his own firm, My General Counsel. Temogen’s career includes key roles at eftpos, where he was the founding employee, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Innovation Officer. Additionally, he served as Chief Executive Officer at DataDot Technology Limited.
Andrew Johnson (AJ), ProPact Founder
AJ has been at the forefront of developing and implementing digital platforms and strategies through strategic creative and digital communications agency Totem Communications, founded by Andrew and Bruce in 1998. AJ met Temogen while he was General Counsel at APCA, and worked with him across eftpos and DataDot on digital transformation.
Bruce Bennett, ProPact Founder
Bruce has been working in advertising and marketing since 1989, commencing his career with George Pattersons in the Middle East. His career has earned him a string of national and international Direct Marketing awards. Bruce drives the creative and strategic excellence of Totem Communications and is responsible for ProPact’s ongoing strategic creative and communication direction.

Craig’s 20+ years of experience in the digital realm encompasses a wide array of activities. His expertise ranges from crafting software solutions for SMEs to constructing robust Content Management Systems. His proficiency in developing systems for diverse applications, such as e-commerce, mobile content delivery, online training, events management, and website content management, equips him with a deep well of technical knowledge that he leverages to enrich ProPact’s digital landscape.
Adam Clarke, Digital Operations
Adam’s background in revitalizing and selling business operations brings ProPact a real world operational perspective. He transitioned to the digital sector five years ago, taking on the role of National Manager at Digital Dilemma. In this position, he specialized in identifying and automating repetitive business processes to facilitate business growth and scalability. For the past three years, Adam has been instrumental in developing the digital ecosystem and user experience for ProPact.
Barry Sollitt, Cyber Assurance
Barry, a registered Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and ISACA Professional Member, boasts extensive experience in Information Security Consultancy. His expertise lies in conducting Cyber Security assessments, aligning with various global frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI, CPS234, HIPAA, and Australian Government ISM and ASD controls (Essential 8). He is adept at establishing and maintaining ISMS and security roadmaps for both internal and external clients, offering vCISO services.
